Our Meeting Rooms

Banquet Room

The largest of our four main meeting rooms, the Banquet Room is 21’ x 45’ and accommodates up to 50 people classroom. Located conveniently on the main floor, this room has a large balcony and is ideal for meetings of 25-50 people.

Lakeview Room

The second largest of our four main meeting rooms, Lakeview is our most popular, with its large sliding glass doors opening to a private deck overlooking Lake Thomas. Whether it’s a boardroom meeting for 30 people or a stand-up reception for 50, this 15'x 30' room will be perfect for your occasion.

Fletcher Room

A great room for a corporate planning session or an intimate dinner for up to 30 people. This 16'x 29' well-appointed room is located on the second floor and offers a private balcony overlooking the parklands.

Thomas Room

The smallest of our meeting rooms, Thomas creates a working space that inspires creative thinking. Ideal for groups of 12 people or less, this 13'x 29' meeting room offers a private balcony overlooking the parklands. Conveniently located across the hall from the Fletcher Room, it can also be booked as a break-off room.

Please note, there are approximately 15 steps to the second floor Thomas and Fletcher rooms. Because there is no elevator to transport guests, meetings with attendees who have mobility issues should consider the Banquet or Lakeview rooms.
